About Joshua
Joshua started out young in the entertainment industry, attending the Sylvia Young Theatre School in London, UK, full-time from age 12, and then continuing his training at Laine Theatre Arts, UK.

Soon after graduation, Joshua landed his first role in London's West End in Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing. Joshua then went on to work across the industry and is currently performing as a Blue Man in Blue Man Group at Luxor Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, USA. Joshua has travelled across the USA with Blue Man Group, also performing in New York City, Boston and Chicago.
Prior to Blue Man Group, Joshua's Theatre experience has been broad, including Dance Captain/Swing in Wicked the Musical (UK Tour), Orlando in As You Like It (The Other Palace, London), Assistant Choreographer for the National Youth Music Theater (UK) and Good Enough Mum's Club (UK Tour) as well as Associate Producer for Good Enough Mum's Club (UK Tour).

Alongside performing, Joshua has always felt a strong draw towards Teaching, gaining his first experience at age 14 as a Dance Teacher at Sylvia Young Theatre School. From these early beginnings, his experience has spanned from teaching English Language for teenagers in Sri Lanka to Theatre Skills for 4-8 year olds in London. As well as instructing Dance Fitness at Q-motion Queen Mary University, London, Joshua was Head of Dance at Take the Lead Performing Arts, UK.

Joshua first discovered Yoga at age 16, finding that it hugely complimented his performance
training- the flexibility and strength for Dance but also the breath and meditation techniques to calm performance anxiety. In 2015 Joshua decided to take the trip of a lifetime to the Yoga Capital of the World, Rishikesh in the Indian Himalayas. Staying alone at the Jeevmoksha Yoga Gurukul for 5 weeks, Joshua received private tuition under the direction of Acharya Vinay Kaushik in Classical Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. Since then, wherever his travels take him, Joshua has been sharing this incredible tradition. His teaching experience includes Vinyasa Flow at Dragonfly and Yogarise Studios in London, UK, as well as Yoga Sanctuary, Las Vegas; Guest Teacher at Vegas Yoga Festival, Las Vegas; Hatha Flow for Blue Man Group in NYC and Chicago Hot Flow and Hot Hatha at Modo Yoga, Las Vegas.

And in terms of intentions for the future... Joshua intends to keep learning, keep practicing and keep growing.

Namaste.
