This is A 1 hour Full-Body Flow suitable for Mixed Levels. A grounding practice, starting slow, firing up the core, releasing hips and hamstrings and working up to standing balances.  develop calm concentration and leave feeling rooted and centered.

Beginner's Gentle Flow

Style: Vinyasa Flow

This complete practice will ease you in with gentle warm-ups for the joints before gradually bringing you to standing postures, balances and then working down towards the final relaxation, all through a breath-connected flow. This is an ideal class for complete beginner's, those with limited experience and anyone who is looking for a gentle, full-body practice.

Surya Namaskara A + B are traditionally Practiced as a warm-up before exploring asanas (POSTURES) FURTHER.  USE THIS PRACTICE AS YOUR OWN WARM-UP OR EVEN, IF YOU'RE SHORT ON TIME, AS A QUICK PRACTICE ON IT'S OWN - SUN SALUTATIONS ARE ACCESSIBLE TO ALL LEVELS AND INCLUDE FORWARD AND BACKWARD FOLDS, INVERSIONS, CORE STRENGTH AND INVIGORATION OF ALL THE MAJOR SYSTEMS OF THE BODY.
